Seaplace Condominium Association – Funplace Poolhouse Renovations
Project Location: Longboat Key
This project consisted of a total renovation of the existing poolhouse located along the beachfront. The interiors were completely demolished and replaced with modern restrooms, showers, and fixtures. The exterior walls were reconstructed and restored including new treated wood framing and concrete block framing, cementitious siding and trim, stucco, aluminum hurricane rated louvers, and fiberglass doors. The project was designed by Sweet Sparkman Architects.
Sun N Fun RV Resort – Lobby and Administration Renovations
Project Location: Sarasota
This project consisted of a 3,100 square foot interior renovation of the main office, reception, and lobby area. The project included a total interior demolition of the space. The new design layout included revisions to office spaces, retail area, and customer service areas. A new glass entry was installed to better serve the customers from the pool side. The interior designer perfected the selection of quality products and finishes, custom cabinetry, and custom wood plank screen walls…screen walls being first of its kind. The project was designed by Fawley Bryant Architects.
Belleisle Community Center / Residence Inn
Project Location: Lakewood Ranch
This project consisted of a 3,500 square foot new ground-up community building for the Country Club East development. The new building included amenities such as a large swimming pool and volleyball court along with a Great Room with a fireplace, outdoor covered Lanai area, indoor and outdoor kitchens, pool restrooms, and administration offices.
